Written in Blood

I started writing songs that were quick. The idea is to hit every single music phrase and condense it down to just that. so it has an arrangement, but I meant for it to expand out to the normal verse chorus verse style of song. I really liked writing songs down like that.

Written in Blood is a title that I’ve floated to a number of songs, but really describes where a lot of these songs come from. these are events and people in my life. mistakes I’ve made, a few regrets. all of them written in blood. they are not a happy bunch of songs.

the artwork for these is one of my absolute favorites. it’s the name Project Hellynn and I tried to make it look like it was literally written in blood.
